Alessandro Nesta in Montreal, at training with Impact

Yesterday, Montreal manager Jesse Marsch told everyone that Italian defender Alessandro Nesta “wants to be here.”

Today we can tell you, he’s already there.

No official announcement has been made, but he’s physically in Montreal. In fact, he’s at training this morning with Impact de Montréal. The club posted this picture on Twitter moments ago.

    I would pay just to see that guy play. I might even fly to Montreal to do it. Cannot wait to watch him vs. some of the elite forwards.
