This video was so much fun, it made my violate one of my most time-honored tenets: Never listen to more than six seconds of anything that is currently or was formerly featured prominently in junior high school dances.

The performers are singin’ and dancin’ members of the U.S. women’s soccer team, who are definitely too legit to quit in this lip-synched dandy.
Apparently, they’ve got a little too much energy stored up and had to get rid of a little before Wednesday’s opener.
