For MLS in general, TFC is finished at the hands of Santos. I’d say TFC had a shot if they played Santos first the first week where they are still warming up and starting their season where TFC is warmed up already in the middle of MLS.

But the fact is all four Mexican teams would be too much. Chivas, as weak as they were (and it looks bad starting the Liga MX season with two losses) would still be too much. The contest will be between the northern Mexican teams which continue to dominate mexico: Tigres, Santos and Monterrey.
