It took more than half the game to complete any passes on the Seattle side of the field. At one point the Galaxy couldn’t complete any passes on their own end of the pitch.

And let’s not forget that the weather was atrocious. In the 30′s, with a cold rain falling, for a team used to playing in SoCal. At least the final will be back in L.A. Futbol isn’t meant to be played in the winter. Teams like Seattle need to get stadiums with retractable roofs. Imagine a final at Gillette in the snow. How do you keep the balls (on the pitch and in the pants) from freezing solid?
