This stood out to me in that entire quote. Because it shows he is willing to analyze even his failures. To be that kind of man to get deep into self reflection is a good indicator of a man with a determination to succeed. And I really hope he succeeds.

There have been so many that have gone from the unbalanced talent of the college game, to lose in the tougher pro leagues (other sports)…I don’t think he will be one. You see how successful Arena and Kinnear are, coaching is probably not the biggest strength of MLS…a chance to shine for Porter.
