Curious….I never thought of it before, but why no clubs in either Mexico or Canada? I guess they have to line up ownership, but it still seems odd to not put a single team in Vancouver or in TJ, right?

Haven’t heard anything. As I allude to above re: the finances, it is significant, and not only on a competitive level.

A fun exercise — I’ll play your game, Trebek. Later though. For now, what I want to know is this: is the league going to do anything about the fact that one of the 8 teams has to draw the short straw and take one fewer player? 23 does not divide evenly into 8.
