Concacaf chose these sites, it doesn’t exclude the PNW from getting WCQ too. That is a decision for USSF.

Think skipping Philadelphia, Lincoln financial or PPL park is a mistake. Both better venues then red bull or Baltimore.

Tough to read too many tea leaves on this one. I don’t think it has much impact on who gets the WCQ. Look at Denver – already selected as a WCQ host, and they get a Gold Cup match, too. So, I think the potential exists for Seattle to get both, as well.

I guess that’s a nice set of locations. Nice to see the Pacific NW get their games. I know they wanted WC qualifiers, but something is better than nothing.

Heck….my biggest beef is that I live in NC and get sick of this attitude that Atlanta is appropriate coverage for the entire southeast. I’m as close to DC and Columbus as I am to Atlanta.

Anyhow, I’m looking forward to the tournament. Meaningful international games are always fun.
