Being position as #1 in the UNCAF region, its a shame that Panama ended 5th in this competition. Its true that the coach Julio Dely Valdes was trying out different players from the original 1st squad since the next qualifying round for the WC 2014 is coming just in two weeks, but the results gave a really bad image of the team situation.
