Comparing this to anything that’s ever happened in the NFL is way off base. Nothing comes close to this in the U.S. more-less the NFL. Which leads to my next point… Soccer has more violence because it is a worldwide sport and there is major violence throughout the world. These people can’t keep from killing themselves in the streets, why would we think having thousands of them crammed in a stadium be any different?

These things don’t happen in the NFL. Yeah there is violence, but its usually drunks on drunks violence. Nothing on the scale that you see at soccer matches at times. I am a huge soccer fan but these acts of violence and outrageous behavior are a stain on the game.

Attitudes like that are very easy to jump on board with…soccer os what is giving us this. But it is very niave. Beyond niave.

You mean to tell me they don’t have these kinds of things happen in the NFL ? What a shocker. Must be the sport. There is almost no way.anyone could be stupid enough to believe that.

The US version of soccer has a much cleaner fanbase than other US fansbases in my opinion. (Outside of one really dumb chant)
