Oct 19, 2013, 5:30 AM EST

There are some huge games coming your way in Week 8, with Newcastle United and LIverpool kicking things off at 7:45am live on NBCSN, Manchester United hosting Southampton at 10am ET on NBCSN and West Ham playing against Manchester City at 12:30pm ET, live on NBC.

And plenty more huge games are coming your way.

But in case you can’t be in front of a TV, you can watch every single Premier League game live online and on your mobile device with NBC Sports Live Extra.

Customers with participating cable, satellite and telco TV providers can access the free service, which provides streaming coverage of all live NBC Sports events on both NBC and NBCSN through NBCSports.com/LiveExtra and the NBC Sports Live Extra app for iOS and select Android devices (available at the App Store and Google Play).

And for the first-time this season you can watch every PL game back whenever you want, as we will make each match available on full-game replay. A post on where to find will be coming up later today.

“And for the first-time this season you can watch every PL game back whenever you want, as we will make each match available on full-game replay.”

Huh? For the first time? We were promised this by Week 2! So far I’ve been a lucky fan whose been able to watch his favorite team on TV, and not having to resort to replays here, but my team will not be on TV so I need to see them via the replay (no – I cannot watch it streaming live), so I am massively concerned things not yet working, even after this announcement, will continue to be the case after the games of Week 9.

How hard can it be to get these working???? NBC did such a stellar job during the Olympics that I cannot believe how bad this site is in comparison. I mean your own Help page even has an invalid link to the Contact Us page and that’s been the case for the past 2 months!

    Terrible!

Live Sports Extra – great if you want to watch live online. Now that “Replay” tab. There is nothing on it. Guys you know how DVRs work. You know how on-demand streaming works. I’m paying Dish to who is paying you presumably because you outbid Fox Soccer Channel to watch the Barclays Premier League. So far, NBC, you have lied in every promise you have made about this being the best soccer experience ever.

Your Live Sports Extra app in rated 2 stars in Apple’s App Store. I can think of few companies who care so little about their brand and customers that they allow such a poor user experience to linger unanswered.
