As David Moyes continues to maintain his club are still in the title race, they look for away points at Villa Park today at 8:30am ET live on NBCSN or online at NBC Sports Live Extra.

They’ll face an Aston Villa side struggling to score goals, having been clean-sheeted five times in their last eight matches, and striker Christian Benteke goalless in nine straight league games.

Villa are without Ron Vlaar still due to injury, and Fabian Delph misses out as well.

Still, they remain in a solid 11th position in the table, and United will need to play their best to win on the road and shake the demons.

Marouane Fellaini is still struggling with injury, but Adnan Januzaj starts fresh off a midweek where he declared he’d stay at Manchester United his entire career if he could.

They’ll also be without striker Robin van Persie, who was ruled out for at least a month as his groin injury continues to hamper him this season.

Aston Villa – Guzan; Lowton, Clark, Baker, Luna; Westwood, El Ahmadi, Sylla, Albrighton; Agbonlahor, Benteke.
Bench – Steer, Bacuna, Weimann, Bowery, Gardner, Tonev, Kozak.

Manchester United – De Gea; Rafael, Jones, Evans, Evra; Valencia, Cleverley, Giggs, Januzaj; Rooney, Welbeck.

Villa are 11th because of Brad. If Benteke picked up where he left off last season, Villa would be higher in the standings.
