With their last-ditch comeback against Cardiff City over the weekend, Sunderland will look to build on the momentum.

They return home to the Stadium of Light looking to grab points against Aston Villa and bolster their bottom-of-the-table position.  The match comes to us at 10am live online on NBC Sports Live Extra.

Steven Fletcher starts up front for Sunderland, continuing the striker merry-go-round at the Stadium of Light as Jozy Altidore and Fabio Borini sit.

John O’Shea couldn’t pass a late fitness test on his shoulder, and misses out for Gus Poyet, as does Kieran Westwood and Carlos Cuellar, while West Brown finishes his three-match suspension.

For Aston Villa, Christian Benteke returns from missing three matches with a knee injury, starting in the attack with Gabriel Agbonlahor.  Benteke hasn’t scored since September but he and Agbonlahor have developed a nice supporting partnership up front this year.

Defender Ron Vlaar also returns from injury, missing the last five thanks to a calf problem.
