Tim Howard will play in Everton’s most important match of the season on Sunday, a match at Goodison against Arsenal with top-four hopes on the line which will be live on NBCSN Sunday at 8:30am ET or live online at NBC Sports Live Extra.

A win would put the Toffees just a point back of the Gunners for the final Champions League spot, while a loss would see Arsene Wenger go seven clear of Howard’s crew.

Sunderland’s Jozy Altidore will also be on NBCSN, a Monday date with Tottenham who are reeling from yet another drubbing at the hands of Liverpool.  The Black Cats are looking to claw their way up from the Premier League’s 19th position.

Elsewhere in England’s top flight, Brad Guzan and Aston Villa host Fulham and Geoff Cameron and Stoke City look for what would be a shocking Premier League double over Chelsea.

In the Championship, Jonathan Spector and Will Packwood are in a big relegation six-pointer against Doncaster, Tim Ream‘s Bolton travels to Huddersfield just a point behind their hosts in the table’s bottom half, with Duane Holmes on the other side. Danny Williams and Reading look to cement their playoff position with a trip to Charlton.

The players and coaches weren’t happyJose Torres and Tigres have Atlante on Sunday. Hercules Gomez rode the bench for Tijuana in their match Friday night Toluca.
